Thats awesome.
You Can’t Stop The Signal
Thats awesome.
Theyre adding DRM to videos they don’t own. Sounds like a lawsuit
Its not piracy ever. Its not theft.
Lemme know how seafile works for you. I’m going to be replacing google cloud myself soon
People are down voting me because they’ve pledged their soul to the monolith of shitty plugins.
Even if you want all the pieces there’s way better versions of them than what you get in nextcloud. Also depending on how many devices you need libreoffice on, might be easier just to run a syncthings instance and sync the files that way. Its what I’m doing for obsidian and its awesome.
Alternatively theres also this but I can’t vouch for it as I haven’t set it up yet
Nextcloud sucks. Its better to have discreet docker services running for what you actually need vs nextcloud being a monolith of shitty plugins. As for hardware, go on eBay and buy a cheap optiplex tower. It’ll get you started.
This last one is why I have to use Plex instead of jellyfin on my tv. The jellyfin roku app fuckin sucks and refuses to demux anything.
This is so fucking funny
This is an ad. Mods should remove this.
Man this would.be awesome if I found an IPTV provider that wasn’t trash.
Man this shit is cringe.
Well that’s disappointing
Can this play back my local media collection or is it just a debrid proxy frontend?
Of course you wouldn’t. If it was air gapped then soulseek would be useless. It needs internet to function.
Not a bad idea honestly. That’s my next project after a home server upgrade.
I think there’s miscommunication. I don’t mean you’re audio is out of sync, I mean that the file being played has 7.1 as the audio track, then when jellyfin downmixes it to stereo for you speakers it sounds like absolute ass.
The “doesn’t select the right audio track” is another issue that I personally don’t have, but the downmixing one is something that seems to be baked into Jellyfin for TV.
The jellyfin problem is probably it downmixing surround 7.1 really shittily. You can run tdarr to downmix surround into stereo before you watch. Kind of a pain but it’s the only workaroumd I’ve got for the shit audio
Nope. The person who uploads the video owns the copyright/IP. Seems like they should have say in if theres DRM on their IP.
