I’m not familiar with SGX, but it kinda sounds like a predecessor to Secure Boot? I wonder if that’s preventing some kind of startup.
I second this. I feel like NixOS embodies the idea of new beginnings, since it’s so designed that you can start over but have everything in one config. “Start new” as many times as you want!

TBH, this sounds like something to ask a lawyer. Since you’re in France, there may or may not be statutes that protect witnesses or people trying to cooperate with law enforcement, and a lawyer who’s familiar with your laws would be able to give you correct advice.
And in the event they give you bad advice, there may also be protections regarding “following the advice of counsel.” In the US, following in good faith some bad advice from lawyers can result in protections or immunity from certain charges.
So do yourself a favor and get some proper legal advice.
Yeah, and while I don’t have any technical qualms about the direction of Mozilla with regard to Firefox, I’m personally switching for peace of mind and because of the aforementioned inability to communicate well. I don’t like working with or supporting people that can’t just say what they mean. I mean, how hard would it have been to have a human-readable version for stupid people like me and have a legalese version for the lawyers?
Regardless, as people make decisions, they deserve to be informed. It would be stupid to decide to leave Firefox if all you knew was the uninformed outrage of the internet.
It’s mostly overblown. You can watch here or read here. The internet is overreacting again, but Mozilla has done fuck all to grasp why just yoinking understandable language and expecting people to understand legalese and draw lines to their Privacy Policy is making people upset or confused.
Imo, people jumping ship is justified, because a company that makes $37M just on investments should do better about being vocal and prescient champions of privacy. Even if their actual privacy policy is the same as it was a year ago, their failure to communicate with their supporters in a way they can understand should have consequences.
Because they won’t read. They look at the change of the ToS only and think that they understand what has changed.
I don’t particularly care which browser people use; I just want people to be able to make an informed decision, thus I provided evidence that the internet is overreacting. Where’s yours?

Basically, the internet is overreacting again, but it’s partly because Mozilla is shit at communicating. They should know better and understand that we’re all experiencing rapid enshittification. Corporations aren’t trustworthy. You can’t just remove mention of “not selling your data” and just expect average people to parse the laws and your ToS and your Privacy Policy and connect all the pieces.

Nice! I saw another project called Sodalite which is uBlue with Pantheon (from elementaryOS), but with a few tweaks to bring some of their custom apps in line with Fedora.

Are you using Bluefin DX? And a separate question, are you able to install additional gnome extensions?
I have Bazzite on a gaming laptop from 2015, and it’s been great.
For something non-atomic, Nobara or PikaOS might be good choices.

That link I gave mentioned a Grub setting for ignoring SGX. Maybe try that after updating your BIOS, if that doesn’t work.
