For anyone interested in owning their vacuum robot check out Valetudo

I asked him once. He said it’s to confuse AI. It’s definitely working on regular users.
Cosmos has a comparison chart if it helps: https://github.com/azukaar/Cosmos-Server?tab=readme-ov-file#what-are-the-differences-with-other-alternatives
Other than that you’ll have to test out what fits your needs best. I use YunoHost and am happy with it, but I don’t expose my services. Backup and update procedures are barebones and I had to do some acripting myself

That’s why I think this is such a good question. How can we incorporate (linux) computers more in the digital literacy of children so they don’t fall victim to the godlen cages of android and ios before they develop the maturity to understand what a handicap it is.

I use Track & Graph from F-Droid for a similar purpose. I noticed pretty quickly that the data I want to track just isn’t generic enough to find a tailored app for it. So I setup several reminders through the app to enter the various measurements at set points in time each day and get a nice graph to dislay it.

Is ChromeOS even that successful? Hasn’t it been merged with Android already? Seems to me nobody wants “snackable” OSs…

My GTK Theme is already set to “Breeze”.

And my Firefox Theme is set to “System”.

Thanks though.

Changing the value in about:config had no effect. Thanks anyway though!

Disabling vertical tabs didn’t help. But thanks for trying

Thank you for replying, but that just adds a standalone titlebar with just a title and the controls, while moving all the other functions like the address input to a regular toolbar, as the options suggests. I’d like to keep all the functions and the titlebar controls in one single titlebar, but with the OS control buttons, as it used to be before the last Firefox update.

Although your suggestion might be more lightweight
Here is one example: https://github.com/opencardev/crankshaft/wiki/Getting-started-with-Crankshaft
I’ve seen solutions with semi-integrated Raspberries to create multimedia and telephony capabilities. But everything that requires an interface to the car sensors is closed down and I’m unaware of any solutions to this.
