Now I know I’m going to say a dirty word here, but I still use cloudflare tunnels. No port forwarding required, yunohost plays nicely as long as you use https forwarding and make sure the tls settings allow any certs to be used. Other ways none cloudflare are around as well if needed… this lemmy instance is hosted at home, using yunohost and cloudflare tunnels
If the domain is ok yunohost side, and you have the dns side setup and still nothing then the port is not being correctly forwarded to the tinternet.
They’re accepting the changes you’re making fine, you can see as such here.
Assuming my suspicion from the other thread is correct (that you’re running this in your house), you need to set up port forwarding between your router and the computer running Yunohost. Specifically ports 80 and 443.
I wasn’t using a router, thank you!!! YunoHost wasn’t responding and neither were either domain, so I guess I’ll reinstall YunoHost and this time, hook everything up via a router
You’ll probably need to provide more context. Is there an error message?

But even that will have some status code.
404? 500? 503?
Maybe the domain is in use?
Is that FQDN resolving?
It does.
The IPv6 addresses isn’t pingable at all.
Neither the IPv4 or IPv6 addresses respond on port 443.
I used the local site and now I’m using .nohost.me
